Buenas Tardes!
Hey all! I had such a greeeeeeeeeat time today! My friends Violeta, from Mexico and Lira from Brazil cooked at the Fusion Festival! It was a cooking competition between Australia, Latin America, China, Japan and Korea.. yeah.. three Asian teams but they all had different cuisine! We decided to make enchiladas and a fruit salad with condensed milk.. yuuuumy.. three hours to make food for three judges AND 50 samples for the audience! All this in the middle of the plaza!! Of course it was all a little disorganized as far as utensils and how much to give each judge etc.. The Aussies were full on however.. incorporating fauna and beautiful plates... so they won but we got SECOND! :) (and everyone thought we should have won so that's what counts anyways) Here are some pics!
